"Location is perfect. This property does not have a 24 hour reception but I got responses fairly quickly via WhatsApp but that was after we checked in. It took them a couple of days to answer on Expedia. I think it’s slightly pricey. The pumps of lotion, shampoo, conditioner etc are not the best quality or hard to squeeze which makes you think that the bottles are empty. Otherwise the property was very clean and comfortable. Nice little outside area. Well lit."
"Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of Sevilla. Very close to Plaza de Toros. I traveled here solo and had absolutely no issues with anything. Staff were extremely accommodating and even brought a bottle of Prosecco on my first night! Something to note for travelers averse to noise, the hotel is next to a bar - and in a very busy part of the city - street noise and party noises go into the wee-wee hours of the morning. It's only a problem if you like your balcony open, and where your room/window is located. It wasn't bad - just something to note for people who are sensitive. Great hotel and a great location! Recommend!"
"Everything about this hotel was perfect. In a great location. About a half an hour walk to the centre. Which was very busy so we were happy to be out a little. The staff were amazing, very attentive and lovely. Pool was busy but still a very nice amenity to have. Breakfast was fantastic, if a little expensive. We used the restaurant, the bakery and the pool bar and all were great.

"Room was clean but small. Bed & shower were the best of our entire trip with stays at six different hotels. Staff & communication with hotel was very good; it probably helps that the HM is one of a few Murillo properties. The desk staff was very responsive when we asked for hangers or had questions & I noted that they were very nice & professional when they dealt with other travelers too. The bathroom had a smell of sewage that seemed to be coming from the bidet. Hallways were narrow & I couldn't help but wonder about safety in an evacuation situation. Room had a safe & a desk but little room for setting clothes or luggage."

"This hotel is very nice and the staff was great. We did have issues with the AC in our room. It was extremely noisy every time it cut on. It did cool very well. Our toilet struggled to flush frequently as well."
