"We arrived at 11.50 and the lady at the front desk gave us a key that was not activated.
It was impossible to enter the room
I returned to see her at the front desk but she had already left
Nobody was there, called emergency number no answer
So at 1.00 in the morning I had to find another hotel to spend the night because we could not open the door of that room.
The following day I went to see the girl at the front desk, very unprofessional and unpolite.

"The open air bar with the view to the ocean is special. There is a fun vibe to the hotel. The food and beverage choices are excellent. Not typical of hotel food.
Location is very good. I like the valet parking. It keeps your car safe and there is limited parking at the beach.
Nice rooms. I will stay there again."

"The hotel was great except they don't tell you EVERYTHING is an extra charge: coffee, breakfast, parking, water, you name it. Nothing is included. Also they put two holds on my card at different times for incidentals which tripled the amount we charged to the room."

"This Hotel was in great location near many restaurants. I stay as I was going to Va hospital within walking distance. The staff is always helpful and friendly. However I wish they had utensils and hair dryer in room . If you need fork,spoon iron or cup items needed in the kitchen you will need to go to front desk.This was inconvenient as I had a medical procedure was not moving around. Overall again I would stay again"
