"Absolutely beautiful property, iconic and a must stay!
It was just so disappointing that our lunch meals and service were the worst I have ever experienced from such a quality hotel. All the food was just slapped on the plate, absolutely no presentation, club sandwiches were soggy and tasteless, hamburger was raw and had to be returned, no apologies, had to ask the waiter for more wine. Really think that management need to be more onto this, give this beautiful place the respect that it deserves! "
