"Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were many eateries and shopping. Tons of coffee shops. We took Uber everywhere as it was very cheap. Wi-Fi was fast. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. "

"Hotels.com only sent me an itinerary number instead of a proper reservation number, which led to the front desk staff claiming they couldn't find my booking details upon check-in. To make matters worse, despite arriving shortly after the 3 PM weekday check-in time, I was told the hotel parking lot was completely full. They directed us to a department store parking lot instead. Because of this, my elderly mother, who relies on a walking cane, had to walk for over 15 minutes just to reach the lobby. It was incredibly frustrating and deeply unpleasant, especially since there was absolutely no prior notice regarding the parking situation."

"Our room was really large and comfortable, it was very clean and so was the bathroom. It was like a home away from home. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and the hotel was 4 mins away from the nearest subway. There was a convenience store in the property, and the WiFi was fast. Props to the clean and big gym too "
