"It was supposed to be a Mother’s Day weekend getaway, but it turned into a weekend full of disappointment. The miscommunication between staff, the failure to inform us that we would need to move to another room, the disrespect, and the violation of our privacy made this stay so stressful and toxic that we decided to end our trip early."
"Clean and well kept room. Premium rooms bed is comfortable . Property grounds were very clean and well maintained. Staff is not very friendly - we have stayed at Milestone Ogunquit a few times before and the staff is never friendly or helpful but the rates are decent and we know not to ask for anything above what they provide because they will not help you or provide you with any kind of courtesy or support."
"Very nice property, great views, hot tubs open year around; most staff at the bar was excellent. Only complaint is that the gas fire pits were turned off early (we were looking forward to sit there after an early dinner) and when I asked the bartender about it he said “he’d have to call maintenance to turn it on” (which he clearly didn’t feel like doing). There were other people outside wondering about it being off (because it wasn’t late and this was on a Friday)."
