"The rooms were okay, seemed clean. We booked the transportation from the airport to the hotel and they just never came. We ended up getting a different ride. I told the front desk person about it and they said they would look into it but they never did and we had prepaid. We arrived late on Friday night after 24 hours of travel and they only had 1 person at the front desk and a big group in front of us so it took about an additional 1/2 hour to get our room. Not ideal after a very long day+ of travel. I asked the front desk for some bottled waters and it took three separate times and two different people before I got it. I think they were just understaffed. I will have to dispute the charge for the transportation with my credit card since they never did anything about it for me."

"Hotel property was great, BUT, before you book, call and see if they are having a party on the grounds they own next to them. They set up for days before and tested the sound at night and the night of the party they went past 3:30AM and the room was so loud even though they moved us to the other side. It was miserable."
