"I really enjoyed staying at this property. It has everything! It’s like renting a house but with service. The staff are amazing and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Good refrigerator size. The kitchen has everything that we need. Coin laundry is available down stairs across the front desk. The location is conveniently across Fami Turn the corner and you wil. Walk 2 blocks to the train station. Parco Building (shopping center)is right before the train station. The hotel even has their own luggage transfer and I did use it for a fee. It’s perfect in every way!"
"Everything was excellent, can't really complain. Elevators were quite busy I suppose, but it was also Sakura season, busiest time of the year. I really enjoyed the location, in fact it was tucked just east of the major congestion areas, right next door to a massive arena (got to see Japan wrestling), and connected with a 2 minute walk to Ryogoku station - it was actually quite nice. Highly recommend if you want a spot where you can get anywhere quick, and also calm and tucked in a calm city area. Also, lots of food choices nearby tucked into Ryogoku's south side - loved it. "
"Small rooms, small restroom. Could barely walk in the room with 2 people. Very tight.AC worked slowly. Location is very convenient, .4 mi of terminal 2. They have a money exchange machine that’s so convenient and their amenities are amazing! "
"We were initially shocked by how small the room is. However, we soon started to enjoy how things work out amazingly well in a nice and neat way. Everything is clean and conveniently organized for shared use, including the wash rooms, the kitchen, the lobby. Umbrellas are provided in case of rain. The location is so convenient, 5 mins away from the subway station, and <10 mins away from the huge Solamachi shopping center. But the neighborhood itself is quiet and very safe. Last but not the least, the Ocica staffs are always friendly and willing to help. Thank you Ocica!"
