"Overall, the hotel was good, location was excellent, but the rooms were quite small and less functional space in the rooms. If you are traveling with 2 or more large suitcases, it’s gonna get tough for you to walk around in the room."
"From check-in everyone was really patient and friendly. Even though I don't speak a ton of Japanese, they were very accommodating and understanding. All the directions were clear and I enjoyed my stay.
The hotel is near Lawson's and a bunch of restaurants. I didn't drive but it looked like there was plenty of parking as well."
"The hotel is close to Universal Studios and the train station. The room was very comfortable for three people and had a spectacular view. The staff was very attentive and professional. My family and I loved it."
"The place is ok I guess for the price. Rooms are quite small. There was almost no space to layout the luggage. There is a small bar/coffee shop in the lobby but it’s hardly ever manned. Breakfast was just ok. Location is great and very close to shops and restaurants in Dotonburi. I will not stay here again though."
"Amazing hotel! Very clean, well maintained, friendly and helpful staff! One of the best features of this hotel is the LOCATION! Bus took us directly from KIX airport to the station next to hotel. From the hotel we had access to 2 of the main train/subway stations and had access to absolutely everywhere we wanted to go. Short walking distance to the main places you want to visit while in Osaka. One sad thing is that the gym is a la carte, meaning you have to pay $20 each use. But for the very affordable price of the rooms here, it wasnt that big of a deal to pay for the gym. Also, in true America fashion, dont plans on the Osen with Tattoos. Unless you have only 2 and small enough to cover with skin tape. Other than that, thing place was perfect for my wife and I. Also, a little bed hack, get a 2 twin bed room and push them together for MEGA BED! Have fun and enjoy, we sure did!"
"Well placed and convenient hotel. With the Midosuji, Chuo and Yotsubashi metro lines it’s easily accessible. Front of desk staff are very helpful and amenable at all times. Breakfast and Dinner Buffet are both affordable and excellently presented!
Highly recommended hotel!"
