"The first night we were in a room no bigger than our child’s bedroom, a double rather than a queen bed, with a bathroom smaller than a matchbox and, worst of all, without a/c. All rooms were booked so we couldn’t make any changes. The hotel sent maintenance to our room with a box fan. The fan was helpful but just not enough. We were moved to a much larger room the next night where the a/c worked wonderfully. The staff was kind. The valets were awesome. We just wish the first night had been more comfortable. We’ll have to give the hotel another try someday in the future. "
"Everything and everyone at this hotel was amazing! The room service staff, waitstaff and all other staff members we encountered were so polite and kind! ! Rooms were very clean and very roomy! Food in the restaurant was delicious and we loved the bartenders! I will stay here again!"
"The only disappointment was the hotel said downtown Riverwalk and it was not on the Riverwalk in San Antonio. It was downtown about a five minute walk from the Riverwalk. It was still nice. I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff were friendly and very helpful."
