Hotel is in a great location just a minutes walk to the main road, access to shopping, side streets of restaurants, 15 mins walk to the Blue Mosque and Grand Bizarre. Reception staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on tours which they booked for us. Room was reasonable size and cleaned everyday, Room temperature was comfortable once we turned off the unit and to open the window. Hotel offered free breakfast also. My favourite hotel in Istanbul! It has the feeling of the old Ottoman era with all modern facilities. My room was spacious with views from the wide veranda over to the Bosphorus. The dining rooms on the top floor and the roof give 360 degree views over Istanbul and the food is excellent---from massive breakfasts to fresh seafood dinners with a good winelist. the staff are so friendly and will willingly help you with anything you might need. We were very well looked after from the moment we arrived. It was quiet the week we were there so was perfect for us as we travelled without our family. Executive Club on the 2nd floor had a great selection of food and the service was great, helped by how quiet it was. Being able to use all of the facilities (pools and restaurants etc.) in the Jumeirah complex are what makes it even better. The hotel is still well maintained and luxurious so overall we feel it's still one of our favourite places...

From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, inviting and incredibly helpful. My room was spacious, immaculately presented, quiet, with beautiful serene views over Gulhane Park. Sirkeci Mansion is situated on a cobblestone street, centrally located in the old part of the city. It genuinely is a short walk to Hagia Sophia Museum and so many of the other magical wonders of this beautiful city. The Tram stop is a two minute walk, which will take you most places including the subway...
