Absolutely stunning stay! From the warm welcome to the enormous suite with an incredible afternoon tea with wine sent up to with their compliments, this hotel could not have done more for us. The rooms are large, quiet, with stunning views, I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Loved the experience. Felt welcome from start to finish. Will be back for sure!

The Oberoi is a beautiful property with very attentive staff. We stayed 14 nights & I believe the average is 5.I had no idea Turtle bay was so remote when the booking was made & as a result we found ourselves often in taxis usually destined for Grand Bay where we had some great Chinese dinners in a little back lane place recommended by Darmon, Oberoi chef. It was "100% local" accordingly to our taxi driver.Be prepared for an $80 return taxi fare. I cant take anything away from this property...

Very nice location - loved the hike. Rooms are quite small but will do for a night or two. The food is great at dinners but very poor breakfasts. They can cook some eggs and the rest from the buffet: yogurt, tasteless bread, some cheese and musli - that’s it. Overall a nice stay but no more than 2 nights

This property was clean, comfortable and conveniently location beachfront. Well worth staying here.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The guest relations team especially went above and beyond to ensure we had a great honeymoon. The resort is not cheap, but i believe to be worth the money. So save your pennies before you arrive so you can really enjoy your stay! The food is to die for! I cannot recommend a night at the floating bar and restaurant enough. Truly an enjoyable, one of a kind experience.

Such a beautiful place to stay! This really felt like a different, much more meaningful holiday. I love the sustainability model and the app technology - everything was at your fingertips and service was in easy reach. Although there's no official welcome desk, staff were always nearby to help, and got to know you on a personal basis. The bakery and restaurant were excellent - it was lovely to eat pastries with tropical flavours and local specialities. The activities such as learning to bake...

Everything about the resort was enjoyable, relaxing and of a high standard. The room cleanliness, room comfort, can-do attitude of staff, beach/pool/snorkeling/spa/bocce/outdoor cinema facilities, the buffet food, the indian restaurant, breakfast; all of high quality. The only aspect to consider is the location. If you are looking for local nightlife, it isn't close by. You will need an all-day taxi to enjoy a different area of the island at night. Hotel is perfect for a relaxing stress free holiday . Attentive staff warm and welcoming. The hotel is run by the best management team and reflex’s in the staff who work there. Couldn’t fault the dining experience well worth going half board.

We stayed at this wonderful resort for a night last week- definitely not long enough. Everything was perfect. Exceptionally good and friendly service from everyone. The resort is at one end of the beach with its own bay. It felt very exclusive. Would love to go back one day.

Everything about this hotel was on point. The facilities, service, food, kids club. JD the wellness staff member was exceptional and deserves recognition. Because of him we knew all about the hotel, facilities and ability to use the wellness centre at the spa free of charge. Without him we would not have known this. Kids club had kids eat free which was another lovely bonus. Well done Lux a great family holiday had for all the family :-)
