A beautiful place to stay. Central to the tourist spots and great food and beautifully appointed, enormous, fully equipped rooms. But the bed was extremely soft - sunk into it about 11 inches and almost could not get out of it again. Was like sleeping in a pit. Perhaps the mattress has seen better days. We couldn’t have been happier with the location of this hotel. Everything is right there on your doorstep from restaurants, cafes, shops and the ferry. It was the perfect location.
The bed was the largest bed we’ve ever slept in any where in the world and so comfortable.
The Continental breakfast was excellent and had so many options including many cooked options like waffles, eggs, bacon, and pancakes. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Not 'right down town' but that was fine. Couldn't fault staff, had to move rooms when we checked in because AC died ... Seamless operation! Room was a good size & very clean.
