"This hotel is very convenient for the airport and has a shuttle with hourly service. The beds were firm and super-comfortable. The outdoor pool and garden area in the centre of the hotel are quite beautiful and much appreciated by families and others wanting a cool space. Breakfast was good, and the hotel also offers a restaurant with nice meals."

"While the owner was nice and the place is unique and there are lots of restaurants nearby, the listing is deceiving as this hotel is NOT at the location in the listing - it’s in downtown Panama City, a 15 min drive to the airport on Sunday morning at 6 am. They sent me the real address the day before so I had no clue. I had booked the superior room with city view thinkng it would be a nice way to spend our last night it the country before our early departure the next day. The room looked the same as the photos but the view was the building next to us and some wires and such, nothing you’d open the window to look at. While I liked the place I feel that this listing is very deceiving and only after saw the reviews that pointed out that this is NOT an airport hotel at all. "

"This hotel is attached to the largest mall in Central America. Amazing number of places to shop and eat (not much to walk to outside of the mall, but metro is close and Ubers are cheap.) Staff is really friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. "

"This hotel is in an amazing location, close to the national parks and outside of the city. They offer wonderful opportunities to tour the grounds with local guides who are very knowledgable about the flora and fauna. We were able to see and learn about many plants and trees, as well as animals large and small, and many species of birds. This was a very nice complement to our self-guided hike in Soberanía National Park (with transportation to the Plantation trail provided by the Hotel). The hotel also has an on-site rehabilitation center for animals including sloths, but it was not occupied during our stay. We were able to see various species of butterflies and frogs. They have two nice pools and many chairs, but few loungers. as well as a workout gym (unfortunately without a working A/C when we were there). The bar was good, but no frills. The rooms were very outdated with very firm pillows that made it hard to sleep comfortably. The service was marginal (had to ask in person for towels and hangers three times over a 7-hour time span before request was partially fulfilled, no room cleaning until requested, bathroom smelled of sewage). Staff were mostly friendly. Breakfast buffet was great, but dinner menu was a little limited for vegetarians, particularly if staying for more than a couple nights. Again, the main draw is the location, "

"First and foremost the staff were great. We were delayed with our travel and didn't arrive literally until the 11th hour they waited for us. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. "
