The atmosphere is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful gardens and nature, which makes it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Rooms are cozy and clean. Food is also excellent. Will definitely stay here again."

"I booked this hotel because it has an indoor pool and hot tub, which is very rare in Ecuador. The hot tub was fine, but the pool was not heated and ice cold. Did not see a single person using it the whole stay. The pool is more for show than anything else"

"Yes, all room amenities were perfect. However, on the fourth floor above me, the owners had a dog that they allow on the balcony that literally bark much of the night, so my sleep was invaded. Also, it was Carnival and they were yelling and screaming part of the night from a balcony. But the breakfast was very good and they had plenty of coffee. I will stay again but probably not during Carnival."
