"Room was clean and bed comfy. Safe was not working, reported it and was told it would be repaired or replaced the next day but this was not the case. Bit disappointed that the pool bar and pool was closed but weather was poor so no mee to swim. Overall great experience and staff are very welcoming. "
"We had a lovely 5 night say. Very family friendly, we went with our 2.5year old and he had the best time. Pools are great and right by the most gorgeous beach and sea.
We opted for a family room so we could put him to bed and still have space ourselves, it was perfect and reasonably priced.
Food was good, not amazing and we had issues with the booking system for the other restaurants, although we did manage to eat at the Middle Eastern one which was nice. I am
sure I could have spoken to reception to sort it out but it was never convenient.
Overall I would really recommend and would go back in a heartbeat! "
"An absolutely beautiful hotel, rooms and all the hotel spotless. The staff were so polite and helpful always with a smile and couldn’t do enough for you. We ate at both the pub and restaurant and both were superb and reasonably priced. Both pools were lovely and relaxing. It may be a bit far out but lovely and relaxing and we used the buses or bolt to get around. Would highly recommend. "

Staff is very good!! I worldly preferred to stay again and enjoy the whole property.
Only one thing which was not comfortable for me is double sofa bed in living room which was not so comfort to sleep due to sinking mattress.
