Pistarckle Theater
5.0/5 (1 review)
If you’re after a show while in the centre of Estate Charlotte Amalie, you might want to get tickets at Pistarckle Theater. Hotels.com travellers also say the area is great for couples and that it has lots of nice beaches. If you want to experience more of the culture Estate Charlotte Amalie has to offer, head to Caribbean Genealogy Library, Bolongo Bay, and Coki Point Beach.

Bluebeard's Castle Resort
8/10 Good
"I would say Bluebeard’s Castle itself is beautiful and has some of the best views on the island. The biggest downside is that St. Thomas has occasional power outages, so the electricity will likely go out at some point during your stay. However, they seem to get it back up and running pretty quickly. A few things to know before booking: only the rooms have air conditioning; the rest of the property does not. The resort is built on a steep hill and has a lot of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, it may not be the best fit. There are elevators on the pool side for wheelchair access, but you may still encounter stairs depending on where you’re staying. They do offer a golf cart shuttle to take guests from the lower villas up to the lobby, which is helpful. As for amenities, there aren’t many included. Food is not included, though they do offer complimentary coffee in the mornings. The pool is fairly shallow at about 3.5 feet deep, and there is a small hot tub. Also, keep in mind that the resort is not located directly on the beach. It’s up on a hill, and the closest beach is about a 15-minute drive away. My favorite experience was Brewers Bay. It had an incredible amount of sea life without having to drive all the way across the island. We saw sea turtles, stingrays, and lots of tropical fish. Overall, despite a few downsides, we had a wonderful time!"

The Westin St. Thomas Beach Resort & Spa
6/10 Okay
"The elevator was out and our area, and that was inconvenient. We had a nice beach view, and our room was clean. For the price I would expect more, but it was fine."

Emerald Beach Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Clean rooms. On the beach."

Mafolie Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The rooms were great, the views were stunning, the restaurant on site was fabulous and everyone working there were great!"

Windward Passage Hotel
4/10 Poor
"The furnishings were very dated and not comfortable. For some reason, the intensity of all of the lights were above the intensity of night lights making this stay very uncomfortable."

Margaritaville Vacation Club - St. Thomas
6/10 Okay
"Staff was very nice Parking was questionable- staff had golf carts to transport back and forth from room- you had to calm the front desk to get someone to come or walk inclines or lots of steps depending where your room was."

Lindbergh Bay Hotel and Villas
6/10 Okay
"The view was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. However, the room is in need of upgrades, and the floors appeared muddy and not properly cleaned upon arrival. Better housekeeping and maintenance would greatly improve the overall experience."

Hampton by Hilton St. Thomas
10/10 Excellent
"The Hotel is new. Very clean and in a very convenient location. It also has parking which is great. Enjoyed my stay."

The Pink Palm Hotel - Adults Only
10/10 Excellent
