"The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options, making it a wonderful way to start the day. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the historic Shuri Castle, while still being close enough to Kokusai Street for shopping and dining.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable base for exploring Naha."

"Decent hotel that has what you need within a European standard. (The bathroom is small compared to Japanese standards). The hotel is a bit worn and of an older vintage.
The positive is the convenient location; 2 min walk from the monorail and 7-10 min from the bus terminal."

"I had a wonderful stay at Oceana Portvillage for a night on Zamami Island. This place is simply out of a dream and I can not wait to return. Tsukasa, hotel management, was so helpful when I had to leave earlier than expected. A typhoon is coming to Okinawa and all ferries were set to be cancelled. Tsukasa was so helpful on organizing a way to get home safely. The hotel was close to Furuzumami Beach which was perfect for a sunrise hike. The hotel breakfast was so delicious. I can’t wait to return...

"The staff was very friendly, however there is not much to do. You can take a shuttle to a different beach with more activities however, if you arrive on the ferry any later than 1300 than you can't get to that beach. If it rains while you are there, there is nothing to do. Also the beds are pretty much cots and are definitely not comfortable so if you are trapped inside you won't be comfortable."

We stayed at the Naha Terrace in January this year, just after the New Year rush had finished. The facilities and service were excellent in every way...good old fashioned 5 star service from entering the hotel, through to reception, Butler service and every staff member we encountered. The pool was lovely, though as with most outdoor pools in Okinawa, closed during our stay. (I was dying for a swim in Okinawa-as though cold for them, it was not dissimilar weather to what we were having at home...
