"We were given a room that was not the same as the one shown in the advertised photos. A few days before check-in, I received a message about the room, and on the day we arrived, I specifically requested a room that matched the photos. Unfortunately, my request was rejected and we were told that no changes could be made.
Additionally, there was noticeable noise in our bedroom caused by water flowing through the pipes whenever other rooms finished using the hot spring. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay as we were unable to sleep well."
