I arrived for check-in by booking through Wotif, but the hotel was not officially open until the next day. The Duty Manager arranged a room for me despite that confusion and i was treated like a Prince. I was the single and sole occupant of the hotel and all the staff treated me like family. This Sofitel is a beautiful, first class hotel , amazing friendly efficient staff and beautiful gardens and surrounds . My greatest compliments to the management and staff

Extremely spacious and comfortable apartment. Very convenient location across the road from the marina and island ferries. Small pool and no outlook for us on the ground floor but it was marvellous to have a large apartment with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine and dryer while we sat out Cyclone Keni.
