"This is a very nice facility on the edge of town. We had a really pleasant stay there. They had a wonderful, very well maintained hot tub and pool, and all parts of the hotel were fresh and new looking. Well-appointed and very big bathroom with powerful hot shower. The staff could not have been nicer. Very friendly and they gave us a great recommendation for dinner. We had a terrific time downtown. They also were really helpful and gave us cleaning supplies to help clean mud from our windows after we went through some back roads. I highly recommend this place. Good breakfast, too!"

"Our bathroom was dirty(previous occupants hair all in the shower floor & on the wall of the shower. Semi dried shampoo on the shower wall in wet clumps) the hot water was non existent in the shower. Lukewarm at best. The sliding glass door had no handle, were the handle used to be was just a hole that you could put your finger in to tug the door open. "

"Everything fine except extra charges to my CC for $200 that no one at best Western Alamosa can explain to me. I've been given a number to call to have the charges explained to me, but it doesn't work unless you have your itenerary #...pissed! Will NEVER book another stay at Best Western if this is their policy!!!!"
