Such a beautiful hotel - we had an amazing stay. The room was spacious, perfect for us and baby. Loved the spa experience as well. The only letdown was that there was no air conditioning - understand it's a winter location but it does get hot in summer and we struggled a bit without it. Also no mini fridge to store cool drinks or snacks.
Otherwise a wonderful experience in a stunning place.

Reception staff were available 24 hours to help with any request, even phoning numerous Old Town restaurants in search of dinner reservations on behalf our non-French-speaking group of Aussie travellers. Organised amazing deals with a nearby ski rental store, and assisted with a horrendous 2am transfer and check-out. Always friendly and courteous. Made the trip as special as it was. Thanks!
