"Had to request change of room twice because of odor"

"This is a 2 star hotel. So expect a 2 star experience and you will be happy. It’s super old, they clean it as well as they can but it’s old! For $67 a night you can’t expect much. It was somewhere for us to sleep at night after our long days at West Edmonton Mall. The jets in the hot tub don’t work but it was still really hot. The pool is pretty cold, that didn’t stop my 4 year old from having an awesome time swimming and going down the water slide. The breakfast is poor, juice machines out of order. Maybe if you go for breakfast right when it opens you could get something . But by 9am it was a piece of toast, cereal or a waffle. No fruit, muffins, meats etc. This didn’t bother us, again you get what you pay for."

"I requested a top floor room and was given a 3rd floor room. Bus loads of young people were on my floor and made for a noisy evening. Quite frustrating, especially when travelling on business and having early morning meetings."

"Staff is amazing and helpful. Rooms were spotless and "smelled clean" but not like chemicals. Quiet location, well placed. Thank you Sheila for being so helpful and kind!"

"Room was very clean and breakfast was good with several options. The beds were soft. Heating unity was old and dirty. Tv did not have cnn but had Fox News wich seemed political. Rate was good"

"An expensive stay. Pillows were awful, asked for different ones and the ones they brought were hard as rocks. Had to go purchase pillows to be able to sleep. The Elevator kept breaking down. The hotel had families who were there for a hockey tournament, they were just letting their kids run rampant, while they were sitting in the lounge or in the lobby drinking. "
