"This was not a quality experience. Floor of shower was dirty, pillow cases were stained, matress cover had yellow stains, breakfast options were lack luster, the apple juice was water with crusty chunks in the bottom of the cup that wasn’t even drinkable. Will not return & will choose a different hotel chain. "

"Place looked newer. Room Spacious. When we checked in associate on phone trying to help a customer book. I was told that the customer in front of you is the most important as it took like 10 minutes before she was done. AFter though she was very nice and personable"

"The staff was incredibly rude, the rooms smelled bad, not to mention there was no spa on the property as advertised. I will never visit this hotel again, and I recommend you don't either"

"Breakfast was running out of food half an hour before endtime. Room was clean but no housekeeping unless you specifically request it for the next day. Bedding was comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice. The coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine in the lobby was very good quality."
