The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.
The gym is VERY basic, a treadmill, cross trainer and bike must be the bare minimum for it to be called a gym. But that was the only bad point.

The property is everything you would expect for the price. It's well priced and OK location - staff are friendly and helpful.
The TV in our room didn't work - it was promptly swapped out for another. Washing machine in guest laundry was not working - and didn't get fixed during our stay which was not so good.
And complimemtary breakfast was minimalistic, but again for the room rate charged it's OK.

Staff were excellent, we had a panorama room which was exceptionally spacious and clean, good buffet breakfast and meal of the night (including beer and wine) for dinner was included in the Tariff which made it very easy if you didn't want to go out anywhere, food was always tasty
