Fantastic place to stay. Staff are so helpful. It’s the perfect place to stay when going on a cruise. The terminal is over the road. The beds and pillows were comfortable and shower had great pressure. There is a food hall attached to the hotel and bar.

Great included breakfast,close to railway station.Offered early check in at reasonable price after arriving from disembarking cruise. Nothing to do with hotel but Rotterdams cleanliness has deteriorated since last visits, bins trashed everywhere.

Good sized room. Breakfast offered in the hotel’s main restaurant providing great views of ships entering / leaving Rotterdam Port. Bikes are also available for hire. The area provides many picturesque cycling routes

We are from Australia and travell all over Europe buying for our Antique store. Never before have we stayed in a hotel as good as this. It starts the moment you enter the place. Friendly, efficient smiling staff greet you, all is 100% efficient. Our room was like a suite, everything is in large proportions and spotless. The only small criticism is that there are no tissues in the bathroom, sorry, large bathroom, but this is all we could fault. I continually went to the reception and complained...

Very clean, loved the free bike hire. Very modern room with the nice touch of the ipad to control the lights and curtains. Will be back!

Clean room and helpful, friendly staff. Easy walk to Rotterdam Black. Breakfast filling and tasty.

Really well located hotel, friendly welcoming and helpful staff - great breakfast - comfy bed and great room - separate toilet is not found often in hotel rooms.

They had really good buffet breakfast. Room was neat and very close to tram stop

We had a short overnight stay but had a great experience. I would certainly consider this hotel for a longer stay. Our room was apacious and very comfortable. I made use of the gym and the ‘food hall’ concept for breakfast (you select your reasonably priced items then pay via a McDonalds like order screen) with other items was great. The hotel is located close to a variety of eateries and a quality shoppping mall, and is a short walk from Stadhuis and Rotterdam Centraal metros/trains.
