Fantastic highly recommend excellent customer service and beautiful accommodation

We stayed at The Oberoi over the EAster break and it was our second time there in 1 year. We booked 2 garden rooms and they were perfect. Near the pool and very private and peaceful. Very excellent service. Everything is beyond expectations

The Kayumanis Nusa Dua is an amazing hotel. The villas are spacious, stylish and well-maintained and the pool in our villa was beautiful. Staff were helpful, polite and very obliging. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We literally could not fault The Four Seasons Jimbaran. The location is stunning and feels tucked away and peaceful yet you’re within an easy stroll of beach from cafes and restaurants should you want to venture out an experience local cuisine. We also loved that the property has a very traditional Balinese feel to it - made for such a special feel to the place. The staff were fantastic also. Worthwhile downloading the Four Seasons app so you can just message the staff should you need anything....

Incredible property - the best hotel stay I have ever experienced. Beautiful classic interiors, delicious food, stunning grounds, and incredible customer service. A gift that keeps on giving.

The Mulia is definitely 5 star if you're looking for 'luxe'. The only problem with our stay was that we paid so much money and the main pool (which I believe to be the main attraction) was under construction. Aside from that, everything was sparkling clean and amazing service.

The St. Regis is in Nusa Dua, well away from the city centre and convenient shopping. However, you won't need to leave with 24 hour room service, on site restaurants and bars, salt water lagoon and beach side swimming pool, not to mention THE BEACH ITSELF. I stayed at Padma with my wife for our honeymoon and I must say, I will never go any place else other then Padma Resort Legian, it’s cleanliness and kind staff just made our experience amazing, alongside its facilities and activities. I will always come back to this place when I travel to Bali. If you’re thinking about going to Bali I highly recommend you stay at Padma, you will not regret it.

From the moment we arrived it was wonderful. Straight into relaxation mode. We had to wait for our room which was great because we got to experience the days beds over looking the ocean while we sipped on refreshing beverages made by the staff. We had the most amazing experience staying at Mulia Villas, we couldn't fault a thing. Wonderful and friendly staff, amazing food, beautiful amenities and spotlessly clean. We will be back!

Just got back from this Hotel and to be honest, that was the most amazing hotel I have ever lived in, we booked the Cliff pool Junior Suite (Ocean view), the view was magnificent, the room was spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoy swimming in our own pool every day and night. Highly Recommended!

I have stayed in Bali many times but this hotel was by far the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel staff were absolutely incredible, always helpful and always smiling, and one person that stood out for all his hard work to make us comfortable at the outside bar was Ferry. Absolutely superb stay

an accidental pick, made at random at the airport when our flight was found to be cancelled and trying to get something in a hurry, ended up the best decision ever. Superior than many 5 star chain hotels. they say 1bedroom, that is patently false. It is a massive compound, living room, extra bedroom/study, 2x outdoor showers/toilets and then the 1 master bedroom. Silver lining right out of my flight troubles. Only caveat is crappy laptop internet connection.

This was easily my best experience of staying in Bali. The whole design/mood of the hotel is contemporary but very clearly Balinese with seamless movement between areas and an open vast feel with almost perfect use of high open spaces, natural materials and the soft gentle breezes from the sea.
