We used this resort as a base to explore Cape Cod and could not have chosen better. Our beachside, 2 storey, one bedroom accommodation (2 double beds) was roomy and extremely comfortable and well equipped with stunning views out across Green Harbour and Nantucket Sound. The grounds were meticulously maintained, the room service staff were superb and the office staff were the type front desk people every resort wished they had. As a constructive suggestion to other guests , the pull down, double...

Our family stayed at The Breakwater Hotel for 3 days! The staff were very helpful in every way! It’s about a 30 minute walk from the ferry wharf which was an easy stroll along just one road! We would definitely recommend this hotel! Cheers, The Jeffery Family 🇦🇺

Pam could not have been more helpful & friendly. She gave excellent recommendations for itineraries & saved us so much time in planning routes & saved us the likelihood of getting lost. Great locale for exploring in different directions. The breakfast of cinnamon scrolls & pumpkin bread was so delicious. Pam was so kind to bake special gluten free muffins for our daughter who is a celiac.
