"Parking was safe and easy. Room was dirty and smelled musty. Sheets and comforter were stained. Towels were stained. Bathroom had hair in shower when we arrived. It was an affordable place to stay, but we regretted not splurging for a cleaner hotel. "

"When I walked up to the desk, there were two gentlemen behind it. One was helping another guest, and one was chugging Dr. Thunder from a two liter bottle. I stood there for quite some time not being acknowledged by either person. Eventually the gentleman helping the other guest finished up, and invited me over to his portion of the desk. The other man whom I was standing in front of, ignored me and kept chugging his drink and checking his phone. A simple "he will be with you in a moment" would have done wonders for the first impression. The place is old, but well kept and clean, but terrible customer service from the other man when you first walk in. "
