"It was altogether wonderful BUT we did not know that the camp, being inside the Lake Nakuru Park would mean paying a great deal more than the hotel rates - an extra £300, for the 2days. Your booking should warn people of this before they book the camp."
"My wife and I stayed at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge for four nights in December 2025. We loved every minute of it. The room was spacious and comfortable, the food was good (buffet style, full board) and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We are birders and saw many good species in the immediate vicinity of the lodge. Full-day or half-day 'game drives' are also an option."
