One of the best hotels - if not the actual best in Malaysia: everything was seamless and exceptional from the welcome to the food to the check out, congratulations to the entire team (front office, back office and housekeeping) for what they do day in day out! A stand out food wise in Penang is the restaurant Lili - exceptional chef, talent to watch!

Friendly staffs, clean and cozy environment, spacious kitchen, a living room that can let everyone hang out.
The location is very ideal for our itinerary. There's also a baby cot for our 2 months old baby, that was lovely.

Li and Chan, the owner/managers are extremely helpful and cheerful hosts. Made me feel at home right from the word go. The room was neat and very clean. Everything worked. Location is a bit of a hike from jetty but in a good area nonetheless. Hire a scooter and explore the island with Batu Ferringi as your base. Excellent stay at Rasa motel. Will stay Herr again when I come back to Penang.

The ambiance of the Blue Mansion is marvellous. Stillness in the courtyards, gentle breezes and tinkling Chinese musical instruments in the background made this venue very comfortable. The staff are in tune with the mood and are discreet yet always ready to help make the stay memorable. The climate in Penang can be very hot and humid; the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans - very comfortable for sleeping. The public spaces are shady and there are fans in the public rooms. We...

Had a very relaxed and comfortable stay in our room and the hotel's many fascinating public lounge areas etc. Service was great and location is perfect if you're interested in the Heritage District. Can confidently recommend as different and high standard.

It is by far one of the best places I have stayed without spending an arm and a leg. We traveled from Australia and were impressed by the breakfast inclusion with room along with complimentary mini bar and bottled water throughout. We also had buffet dinner which was worth it. The place was so surreal and relaxing. The facilities and staff were excellent.

Fantastic friendly hotel, the staff and management are exceptional. rooms are very clean and comfortable, very good location within Georgetown, easy walking to everything, food stalls only 1 street away. Food at the onsite restaurant Le Vie is delicious fine dining with an upmarket ambience. Roof top bar is cosy, barman Sharafat is a lot of fun and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend everything about this hotel.

We LOVE this place! Stayed in the Rasa Wing (recommend) and we can't find anything bad to say - the staff were fantastic, we had everything we needed and more, it was easy to grab a Grab to get into Georgetown, there was plenty to look at down the road - food, shopping, massage, pharmacy etc etc. The property is older - established gardens, understated, classy and 'old school'. If you want something with bling - go down the road. If you want a relaxed and low key holiday - come here. If you...

We really enjoyed our stay at GHotel Kelawai. Service was very friendly, courteous, hospitable. We had access to the Executive lounge for canapes and cocktail during our stay and we were not disappointed at all. Roof top was amazing. Room was nicely maintained and kept, and most of all very clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Buffet breakfast was amazing with a huge spread of variety. It is situated right next to a shopping center. Highly recommended. We will come back to stay here if...

The apartment was clean and perfect for a family. The amenities such as washing machine, water filter and basic cooking equipment made the experience much more comfortable. It is based at the quieter end of Batu Ferringi which allowed us to escape the hustle and bustle but is still close enough to walk to the action and a large variety of restaurants. Gemeine gave us all the information we needed to book in after hours without any problems along with how to run all the appliances. She gave us...

This is a beautiful heritage boutique hotel and from the moment we arrived we received the best welcome and service. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and tastefully appointed. The shower was fantastic (just remember to turn heater on from switch outside of bathroom - this is fairly typical of many Malaysian accommodations). I had the garden suite on the ground floor and thoroughly recommend it. We stayed at Christmas, and Santa had left a stocking filled with treats hanging from the door...
