We had a fabulous time at the Hyatt. Room was excellent, bed very comfortable and staff was exceptional. Executive chef Mohammed was extremely kind and helpful when dining room staff were unable to speak English. He also assisted us with dining choices and chairs in pool area. We felt very fortunate when he gave us a tour of the kitchen.
Only problems were people smoking in public areas in particular restaurant and eating areas. Also we were unable to access pool area due to a conference being...

2 weeks holiday with daughter, 2 nights in Casablanca to start the holiday. Staff all happy and very helpful, especially concierge. Hotel in central and safe area of city, near sea, and large mosque, had great view from 6th floor. Very good gym, breakfast terrific. Spa had great massages.
