"The location of the hotel is Excellent. The rooms and hotel is very outdated. I don't how this is being passed through as a 4 star hotel, unbelievable.
The supervisor at the hotel reception is so rude and impolite he clearly needs to be trained again to do his job. A real attitude problem.
The other staff at the hotel were good. It just clearly goes to show that one member of the team can drag the reputauion of the business to 0 stars. "
