The royal mountain hotel is managed by a lovely gentleman. He made our stay feel safe and comfortable. The room we had was very spacious for our family of 5. The pool is nice and refreshing after a long day. The hotel is located in the west bank so close to the valley of the kings and the Hatsheput temple. This place felt like home and we loved our stay here. There is not many restaurants near the hotel but with a bit of notice the manager can organise food served at the terrace. Thanks Khudri...

A great hotel, tucked away from Luxor centre but very close to west bank sites.
Relaxing and enjoyable. Good facilities. Massages at the spa were passable and certainly not the best we have had, so there's room for improvement there.
What stood out was their ability to taylor private sites visits with their driver and the availability of a really good guide, Mr Omar, and that in itself made our stay even better. The food options at the property are ok, not vast, but of really good quality...

Surprisingly clean though bldg shows signs of aging. While it's far, this works out as your perfect point if your focus is exploring lesser known West Banks tomb but more enchanting like Habu Temple, Medina and Valley of Queens.breakfast, price and customer service are all top notch too

Couldn't fault the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Inhouse dining excellent and good value.

Had an amazing stay at Jewel Howard Carter Hotel.
We had incredible service the entire time we were there - the staff were amazing and accomodating and had amazing recommendations the entire time.
Laundry service was available and great price.
Swimming pool was beautifully kept, they even had an organic farm with bananas, mangos and herbs.
It’s in a quieter area of Luxor, so if you’re wanting to explore East Bank (the busier side of the city) be prepared for slightly higher taxi fares back...

The staff and owners of the hotel were incredibly friendly and did a lot to make us feel comfortable (including offering us a room when we had already checked out and were waiting for our flight). However, unfortunately ours was the only room on the group floor which was right next to reception and the dining table where other guest ate dinner and breakfast. As a result, we found the room very noisy and uncomfortably had to ask other guests to be quiet at nighttime when we were trying to sleep....

Beutiful hotel located on the pieceful West Back of Luxor. This property has the best views of the East and West banks of Luxor.
The staff are welcoming and very helpful, offering sunset Felucca rides, and transportation if needed.
The meals here are amazing.
The best breakfast I have had anywhere in my travels by far.
I would highly recommended staying here.
