"This is a new resort that is still under construction. It was quiet and beautiful, and the staff were great. While it is suitable for relaxation and connecting with nature, the resort is highly overpriced, and we did not feel we received value for our money. Having stayed at several resorts and hotels in Ghana, we were disappointed with the deluxe room. Although it was spacious, it lacked modern amenities and did not meet the standard of a deluxe room. There were no power sockets near the bed; the only available socket was under the desk, far from the bed.
Some room fittings were already in poor condition, including a broken curtain rod, a damaged bed frame, and a broken bathroom door. Given its current state, the deluxe room should not be priced above $150, even considering the island location and boat transportation. Food was very expensive, with no alternative options due to the island setting, and breakfast offered limited choices. The pool was also under maintenance and unavailable during our stay."
