"They have a missing remote control, so we don't have a TV. There was one 1-liter water bottle for two people. I requested an extra bottle three times and finally received one after three days there. The TV never worked. The coffee maker's glass container was cracked; I just left it that way for my mental health. All the themed restaurants don't allow groups of more than eight people. I just had fun because my family was there."

What an amazing stay! This beautiful new hotel truly felt like paradise from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit.
The rooms were stunning, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway.

"The resort was nice family friendly the food was really good! Two things though the rooms need serious updating and the staff service was inconsistent some were nice some really didn’t want to be there. Overall we enjoyed it we went with our two kids a 4 year old and 8 month old and they had a great time my 4 year old really loved it they had an adorable water park and kiddie pool right next to the adult pool so it made it very easy for everyone to have a good time the beach was wonderful as well!!! And again the food was overall really good especially the restaurants. I would say the rules were a bit annoying for the buffet it was hard to get used to the scheduling. They had a snack bar for in between and I would say that was the knot downer. So make sure to eat at the buffet in the time allotted for each meal 👍 and try to book restaurants as soon as you arrive they are incredible"
