"I stayed 3 nights at Select Casa Marina to celebrate my parents’ 40th anniversary and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. It was totally worth it. I wanted to surprise them with a decorated room, and Amal was incredibly kind from the start and truly went above and beyond to make it happen. The setup was beautiful with balloons, flowers, champagne, and even a thoughtful extra touch that made my mom cry happy tears. I’m really grateful for the care she put into it. If you’re celebrating something special, definitely ask for Amal. She helped turn a trip into a memory we’ll always cherish.
Food was great overall. I definitely didn’t go hungry. The Seascape a la carte restaurant and the international restaurant for Select guests were especially good, and even the buffet had plenty of tasty options. Select guests also get special seating at the buffet with beautiful ocean views, which was a nice touch.
The grounds were the perfect size for me. Not too small but not overwhelming either. I stayed on the Select side and recommend it since you get your own pool and more relaxed areas. The scenery is gorgeous with mountain views plus beach views that really stick with you.
Entertainment wise, I caught one nighttime show that was fun and high energy, and I also enjoyed the club.
Overall, I would definitely return. The staff were attentive and genuinely cared about the guests, which made the whole experience even better."
