"Staff was great and accommodating, especially in dining areas. Good location for getting around. Lots of activities available at resort but rough seas all the time. house keeping could improve as rooms were not ready using the standard expectations No wash clothes, lack of hand towels and sheets had stains. However this was promptly addressed when a complaint was made to guest services. Wifi didn't work in bedroom."

"Staying here was ok just the issue would be the refrigerator as well some staff will sometimes knock and come inside the room and say “just checking” which I find that kinda weird so I would say overall if these issues were to be fixed then this would be a nice place to stay at but some staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay here"
"Everything about The New Garden was great, the housekeeping was top notch, the breakfast was better than expected, the front desk staff was helpful with getting me connected to the wifi and the security was on point. My two complaints are.. 1: I only got a wifi connection on my 3rd floor balcony or on first level (no big deal)
#2: there's plenty of towels in the bathroom room but NO washcloths (my suggestion is to pack 1 or 2 in your bags) other than that I would definitely recommend as well as stay at New Garden hotel again"
