Oberoi Lombok is stunning - from the beautiful gardens and private beach, to the truly exceptional staff who could never do enough for you. Every single staff member was warm and charming. The hotel's staff retention is high - a great sign. Crystal clear waters, white sands and wonderful snorkelling made for the most relaxing and wonderful break. I couldn't recommend it more highly. An excellent place to stay. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff weere super friendly and helpful. Plenty of options for tours, inclusing diving, snorkelling.

Great stay

This property is absolutely unbelievable. A truly relaxing and five star experience. the most wonderful, tropical , clean and professiaonl service in all the island / try the deguatation and deserts ! Check out the photos of the villas. Great location. Two second walk to the beach. I will be returning to Tokay.

What a peaceful and great place to stay, it is located on the southern edge of the island but not to far from the main strip. Also close to Paradise Sunset bar, head there around 6pm for a great sunset! Note there is not really a restaurant at Pondok but it shouldn't matter as the strip is not far.

Our villa was faultless, check in was great with an amazingly detailed introduction to our room and the amenities. Our private pool was the perfect temperature and my only complaint was that I had to leave. Staff were so helpful and took us by scooters to where we needed to go and collected us very quickly when ready to return. I’d be back there in a heartbeat if I could.

This was a beautiful peaceful resort with a great pool, wonderful staff and amazing food. I would highly recommend it.

If you are going to Gili stay here. Its located in the middle of the island and with complementary bikes and easy 5 minute ride will get you everywhere. The staff are all amazing and nothing is to much trouble. We stayed in the two room villa and it was perfect. The pool temp is refreshing and you can order food at any time. The food and drinks are also top quality are cheap. Dont bother shopping. Stay here, stay here, stay here.

Great property, excellent location, attentive helpful staff and all very clean. Loved the pool and poolside treats. Anna G and Lola were particularly helpful. Would recommend.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was made to feel very welcome and nothing was too difficult. The hotel is set on beachfront property that is spacious and quiet. The rooms are extremely generous and the attention to detail is high. There is plenty of coral and fish to see just offshore and high tea at 4pm on the beach was a great way to finish a swim. Highly recommend

We literally just got from Quinci. Stayed 4 nights after 6 in Legian. This place would have to be up there in my top 3. Everything was just brilliant. The staff are great - nothing to hard / super polite and very accommodating. Our rooms were cleaned and turned down every night. The grounds spotless - snorkling off the beach was fab. The pools fabulous. The breakfast we thought was just a continental - but it was off a menu with fresh fruit every day. Just the icing on the cake. The restaurants...

Wonderful stay in a very special place. Just a handful of beautiful rooms surrounding a peaceful, natural style pool. Our family of 4 stayed in the Moon Suite which had plenty of room for all of us. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good location, super easy walk from the harbour and accessible to all main beaches/bars/shops etc. Highly recommended!

Great extra large rooms. Good water pressure in bathrooms. Delicious food / breakfast in the beachfront & upstairs restaurant Great location on the sunset side of Gili. Close enough to the busy area. But far enough away to be nice and quiet.

The staff were exceptional, they went out of their way to arrange a private cooking class for us and a private day trip to the Gili Islands. Restaurant and Facilities were great, rooms were nice and large with views onto the tropical gardens and lovely open air shower.
