We had a wonderful stay at the superbly located Colmar Hotel. The staff were exceptional, the breakfast fabulous and so well placed to catch the free shuttle bus to Town Centre. Our room was quite spacious, bathroom very nice and quiet too. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic stay. Hotel is lovely. I stayed in a superior room, and it was nicely sized and very comfortable. Well positioned with the old town and most sights being very walkable. I also enjoy all the little touches - the chocolate on the pillow on check in, the cold mineral water in the fridge and even a refresher towel on check out. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Colmar.

If you would like to experience a stay in a French chateau then this is the place to stay. Beautiful restoration has kept this chateau looking special. The gardens are fantastic a perfect place to open a bottle of champagne at sunset. The restaurant is fine dining with silver service, beautiful food, local champagne and great red wine. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great front of house staff.
Thanks Mohammed for everything you did to make our stay memorable.
Comfortable, quiet room, lifts, free parking, easy access and really great service.
Don’t worry that it’s not in the middle of Reims. If you’re driving you don’t want to be there anyway.

Very clean modern hotel for a few days in Troyes, east drive into old town and free parking. Limited options for dinner close by but happy to drive into centre of Troyes, good bar downstairs and breakfast/ refreshments available.

Lovely Breakfast, worth the extra cost, Great Hotel, nice and quiet, and such a lovely friendly helpful Welcome 😊 However was a very Small room with a small bathroom, a bit too small.!
Bed was awful, could feel ALL the lumpy Springs.! Got No Sleep 1st night due to bed being so terrible, so on the 2nd night we got an extra duvet cover to put on top of the mattress.! Otherwise, location was good and staff were excellent and property was clean!

The hotel appears recently renovated and looks fresh and fashionable.
A Close walk to all the very average food offerings. Reims boasts the amazing Champagne region but fails with it’s quality of food).

We had a lovely stay in this charming place. The rooms are clean and efficient. The staff were wonderful and even recommended a brilliant restaurant nearby for the best meal we’ve had whilst in France. I would highly recommend this property.
