Surat Thani Province Beach Hotels

There is nothing negative to say about this wonderful place! The rooms are stunning with a beautiful outdoor style bathroom and the beach is perfection! The staff really look after you and we loved the incredible breakfast (with real coffee!) and beach service. The lounges and two towels, the water top ups and fresh fruit was so welcomed.

I have traveled a lot, but really the services and location of this resort & spa is amazing. plus the staff is so lovely, friendly and very helpful when you need them. The program they have near the beach restaurant is nice. the environment is so beautiful. As for me I am planning to go there next year.

This hotel makes you feel part of their family, staff are all so friendly and will help you with anything you need. It’s in a great location, just outside of the Chaweng Main Street but close enough to walk to that area if you want to do some shopping or eat any of the restaurants there. The only negative feedback is the food. We booked the Gardenia room with spa and ocean veiw, very happy with our stay. Karma is extremely picturesque, the design and detail throughout the resort is outstanding. Staff are willing to help, and very attentive. Rooms are beautiful - we recommend booking one with a private plunge pool as this was the perfect place to cool off. Spa services were quite expensive, but there is a cheaper option for massages just in front of the pool. I last stayed at Sala Samui more than 7 years ago. While still the same offering, it's got better. High quality pool villas, shaded day beds on cheongmon beach, great pool, good restaurant and faultless service.

Beautiful resort in a great quiet location. From the initial airport pickup to the drop off, everything was 5 star service. Stayed a week at a wonderful beachfront room, which had a private pool and was not overlooked, and which had amazing views of the sea and the islands. The staff were ever so friendly and the hotel was always clean and quiet. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area but transport to nearby Bophut is easy.

Great hospitality. Staff are all welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. Good vegan and veg options available. Great ability to switch off.

I loved the location it was simply perfect for my wife and I. We had a great time and loved having breakfast by the sea every day.

First time to Koh Samui and couldn't be happier. The hotel staff treat you like a star when you first arrived. Gave us cold towels & drink before take us to our room tour. Each night there a chocolates and water brought to us (most night we not in room) they even made our bed as well. Breakfast were what we look forward to most, can orders many range of eggs, pancakes and drinks to be serve. Also some variety of mixed Asian and European cuisine. Very formal and polite staff. We had an ocean view private pool villa. The view really is stunning. Whether looking out from the bedroom or in the inifinity pool. Just sublime. We are so glad we chose this hotel, booked on reviews that had been read. Best service we've received anywhere in the world. Staff were friendly always had a smile and made you feel like welcome in a home away from home. Location is great on the beach, with everything you need close by.
