"I stay there with my two kids during spring break in March. The staff was excellent. The food was excellent. I will return again.. shout out to the staff at the check-in desk."
"The resort was not what it claimed to be. The rooms smelled of mold, the bedsheets were dirty, there was a huge hole in my wall. The pools closed at 6 and. The beach was closed. No where to swim in the ocean. No kayaks or snorkeling spots only one swim at bar that took forever to get a drink. The staff were rude except for the entertainment crew. The entertainment was not good. They were playing 70s music only had one event in the evening long lines to get into the buffet. The ceiling fell in the buffet while we were eating and they continued seating people we lost power and got stuck in an elevator. The whole experience was terrible. The food was not good. The buffet was always empty with not a lot of options. I do not recommend booking this property for your stay."

"When we got off the plain it was an 1hr or so drive. The property was not noticeable once we were in the area we drove around another 45 minutes looking for the place when we finally arrived we could not enter someone finally let us in the property date where does the gated community then we waited another 3 hours to enter the property as the lady stated it was our fault no one was there for 3 hours once in the property it was not clean they had to send a cleaning crew the next morning all the blame was put on me I was in a foreign country getting off a plane the neighbors were very concerned of us standing outside for that long no food no water and happened to use the restroom but one scene and clean we had a minor flood from the rain no big deal not to me anyway maybe to someone else it was relaxing"
