Isquare Hotel
8/10 Good
"The room in general was clean, though could have on occasion been given a deeper clean. In a couple of occasions things were missed but were rectified after being mentioned.
Room AC was sometimes a bit hot and miss often waking up because it was too hot and dry
Facilities were really good"
"It was very inconvinient as the counter was only open from 6:30am to 1am. Because we had to check in at midnight due to flight trouble, and had to check out early in the morning. There was no hotel staff who could check us out. we have never faced thirs problem with other hotels before. "
"There were no staff members, and it was mostly self check-in and check-out. It was a bit inconvenient since there were no staff members working. The room was clean, but the size was a bit small."
"1. The hotel charges a hefty fee for using the Pool(The Hotel should not charge hotel guests for using the pool.)
2. After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person)
3. The concierge staff(female) seemed very dull when asked a question and called the manager to handle our situation.
After all, I don't think I will be back at this hotel again. My family and I paid $500 per night at this hotel and drove hours to get here expecting 5 star hotel conditions and quality but none of that was met to the standard.
