"It was like home away from home. Besides the excellent rooms and facilities, what made the hotel great was the staff. They were always willing and attentive and made us feel at home.
Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit juices and the service was great.
We used the Collections club and the food was very average. For a hotel like Four Seasons could have more variety but it was very limited choice.
Overall the staff make for any shortcomings.

"The only reason I give this hotel a good rating over excellent is because I just stayed at the Four Seasons Bengaluru and the staff go out of their way to please you and make your stay phenomenal. When we checked into the Ritz we were on our way to the elevator when we realized we only had one key card. We asked the lady who checked us in and she told us to come back tomorrow. This should have been done immediately.
The staff at the breakfast resto were great and helpful.
Location is fantastic but I would likely go back to the Four Seasons before the Ritz. The service at the Four Seasons is top notch from start to finish. "
