The Imperial was fabulous . The location is excellent , the hotel is newly renovated abc the staff are so friendly .
My only criticism is that the music played through the lobby and breakfast area is far too loud . There are speakers in the ceiling throughout and there was no where to find a quiet place. It’s super loud and not relaxing unfortunately.

We have finally found our “always return” London hotel. We usually stay in a different hotel each visit but The July met all of our needs. Excellently located a short walk from Victoria station. There are abundant restaurants. The hotel restaurant, Idler, was one of the best. The rooms are spacious and very nicely fitted. The bed and pillows was the most comfortable we have experienced. We had an issue with the shower drain which was very quickly and efficiently addressed. Highly recommend this...

Great design, beautiful views of London from top floor. The cosy room was small but well appointed. Excellent sound proofing. A more comprehensive mini bar and coffee machine in room would have been a plus. Nice shower and good size, clean bathroom. Room service food very good and the breakfast was excellent, although a little expensive. Service was great, we enjoyed our stay.
