"Our check in lady was so rude to us so it was a bad start but after that everyone had been lovely. We were there for a wedding so we don’t normally do all inclusives so we did leave quite a bit and it’s very expensive they try and gauge you at every turn. But Cabo is the rich playground so what can you expect. The place was tidy, it seemed like ppl were always cleaning something. The liquor is very watered down so when we went off resort one marg did it for us. The food was ok nothing to write home about, not much flavour but we didn’t get food poisoning so that’s a plus! Overall I don’t think I’d go back, I did feel very old there (I’m 32) so lots of rounding partying around. "
Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Grand fiesta’s Americana. The room was beautiful. The view was beautiful. The property was beautiful. They had four different pools. The beachfront was beautiful (lots of rocks but if you walk down there was a section you can swim in). The food was delicious (I ate at most restaurants- not all). And the staff were incredible. Highly recommend this resort. "
"Overall the property was average, the staff are amazing. Kind and attentive. The property definitely needs an upgrade including the pools. The food at the buffet was amazing. However, the speciality restaurants did not have the best food. I became ill for 2 days. Which is a first as I've travelled to Mexico many times. For our stay we wished that we had more options other than the buffet. For lunch we had Pepe's and had some delicious tacos! I tried the spa and the amenities were great. I'd give this resort 3/5. "
"Great adult resort. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great pool. Food was overall very good. Gym small (this could be improved). Beach is beautiful, but is rocks, not sand although there is one small sandy-ish area in the swimming cove. Great resort overall!"
"Nuestra estancia fue buena, creo que hacia falta más personal en restaurantes y en la alberca por la gente que había, la playa estaba en bandera negra :( por estar en mar abierto "
"only complaints are that the air conditioner smelled like mildew and air was very damp. they need to fix this. also, almost never had hot water for our showers."
