"Very well located, close to Whistler village. Great outdoor spa and heated pool. Staff was very helpful and nice. Appartement was clean, but some wooden chairs are on the verge of collapsing. Also, dishwasher was not working, although they did inform us about this by email when we checked in and offered to do the washing up. I would recommend and go there again."

"Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person. The room housekeeping showed little care for guest wellbeing. 2 lights were burned out. Coffee filters were missing. They left 2 lotions but no shampoo. It was the same price as a studio at the Delta and I regret not going to the Delta."
