"Nice position in ancient building recently refurbished with modern design. Nice large room. Great shower. Good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Could do with Kettle in rooms for hot water for cup of tea. Needs to be boiling water not warm. Don’t use Google maps to find hotel - completely useless. Don’t rely on taxis hotel uses. Arrived 13 minutes late for a 4 minute ride, didn’t know where he was taking me then drove around the houses to bump the price up. "

"Nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem very interested in welcoming guests. Most of the receptionists were young and appeared more focused on what was on their computers than on helping guests. Breakfast was basic—decent, but nothing special. You’re better off walking about 100 feet to the right after exiting the hotel, where you’ll find a local café that offers a much better coffee and breakfast experience."
