"The property was clean and accessible for many activities. The rooms were spacious, clean, with a small kitchenette. The only drawback was there was no Keurig. Beds were comfortable and there was a nice view of the city. The friendliness of the front desk employees as well as the managers was everything! The managers were very helpful even after checking out. Parking was great as well. Cannot wait to stay there again."

"Stayed one night to perform at Hornets halftime show. Very close to Arena, literally across the street. Close walking distance to a lot of restaurants and entertainment. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Bed was a lil stiff but sleeps good. Very nice vintage hotel "

"The Sheraton is always our favorite place to go. It's not directly in uptown Charlotte but close enough that you can still go explore the city. The rooftop bar is top tier, from the bartenders to the views, all around greatness. The rooms are nice and clean. I definitely recommend staying here."

While it was simply an overnight stay for a concert at Spectrum Arena, we were very happy with our room, the amenities, and the convenience of parking at the hotel and walking across the street to the venue. The staff was very pleasant, engaging, and helpful. Each time we encountered a member of staff, the interaction was positive. I highly recommend the SpringHill Suites for anyone visiting the area."
