"The room is good in size and clean. The car parking in the basement is very convenience. There is a convenience store at G/F whose business hour is longer than supermarket. Breakfast is included in our plan and it is worthy."

"IGA across road, Bar and restaurant underneath and other restaurant options available.
Walking distance to micro brewey and other options.
Can be noisy on certain nights if you get a unit above main bar area, facing the road a lot quieter. Carpark on site and transport easy."

"Perfect hotel for stay between flights, clean, roomy, quiet and free shuttle as well. Great staff at the check in counter, assisted with a late check out as we had a long day traveling and arrived late in the evening."

It was a lovely property with very nice and accomodating staff. Only concern was the undercover parking, the door took a long time to close and there was a dodgy guy that kept coming in. Would be nice to have the door close a little quicker upon entry.

We just had the best stay ! The property is beautifully positioned between the airport and the city , overlooking a small cove off the main Swan river .
It is in a highly protected position from the wind , perfect aspect for the sun , extensive water views , fabulous walks all around the river front , through the most beautiful gardens , cafes and restaurants just below the units at street level !!
I would happily live here !!

We have stayed at this quest a number of times over the years, the location is very handy, limited car parking, is better now the council uses an app for parking so you dont have to fun out at 8am to feed a parking meter.

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Bassendean
Book for the cheapest times: The most budget-friendly time to visit Bassendean is from June to August, when hotel prices tend to be lower. During this time, visitors can enjoy the marina, event conference venue, wineries, and arena entertainment facilities, as well as the vibrant tourist precinct and convention centre. Additionally, there are opportunities to visit historic places, shopping malls, sports facilities, and scenic beaches, all offering great value for money.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To uncover hotel deals in Bassendean, explore the Deals or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounted rates as your travel date approaches. Enabling email alerts or push notifications can keep you informed about flash sales and special promotions, helping you secure cheap Bassendean hotel deals. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, increasing your chances of finding the best options. If prices drop or rooms become available, you could be among the first to know, making it easier to plan a last-minute getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate based on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you save on your stay in a Bassendean hotel. For those seeking unique accommodations, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised experience and, at times, better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price leans towards the higher end, we’ll suggest alternative dates that may be more affordable, helping you to secure the best possible deal.
Consider your location: Opting for accommodation closer to major attractions or city centres may provide convenience, but it often comes with elevated costs. To find more affordable options, consider hotels located in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and ease of access to the sites you intend to visit. You might also look into independent hotels situated further out, as they are usually more likely to be affordable and can offer a more genuine experience.
