"The rooms were massive for Japan. Spacious, huge comfortable beds. Spotless. The entire hotel was immaculate. The Japanese pride themselves on cleanliness, the entire city is clean compared to most of the world. Breakfast had a large selection of freshly made food from numerous regions to give all international visitors their preference of food. Very easy access from underground mall connection to subway station makes getting to and from the Airport very easy."

"I had an excellent short stay of 2 nights! When I checked in, the staff offered me a map of Yokohama and circled some points of potential interest. My room was super comfortable and there were all the typical amenities available (hairdryer, toothbrushes, one-size-fits-all nightgowns, etc.). The area was very convenient, just a quick walk from Yokohama Station, and had a lot of shops and restaurants (including a Don Quijote!) nearby but was removed enough that it wasn’t noisy at all at night even...

"This is my go to in Tokyo the staff is alway friendly the onsen is great. Breakfast is the perfect amount. Quite and comfortable. As long as you are not expecting a 5 star american style hotel. I have stayed here everytime i go to Japan and will continue to do so. Thank you to the great staff for keeping the hotel so maintained and making guest feel welcome."
